Honestly i'm pretty open to the criticisms of the metaphysical stuff i believe in Cuz like, while i don't think i'm wrong, i know i very well could be wrong

What i do seems to help me, so i think i'm fine Only problem is i went through a period of time where i spent quite a bit of money on herbs and other trinkets to aid in my practice when really i don't need to spend any money for it to be meaningful
